Safe Accommodation
Our 24 hour staffed refuge provides accommodation for up to 9 women and their children. Staff will complete a full initial safety and needs assessment with all service users to ensure our refuge is appropriate for individual circumstances. Eleanor House, our move on property provides accommodation for up to 2 women and their children.
Staff in our accommodation service provide 1:1 emotional and practical support for all service users, and their children while they are living in refuge with each individual having an allocated family worker.
They will work alongside service users to address a range of impacts resulting from their experiences of domestic abuse. We offer practical and emotional support which can include financial, legal and housing support.
