Outreach

Our outreach service offers confidential, non-judgemental, community-based support for anyone affected by domestic abuse who is not staying in safe accommodation. We provide practical advice, emotional support, and safety planning tailored to each person’s situation, helping them stay safe, regain control, and rebuild their lives.

Adults

We offer dedicated support for adults affected by domestic abuse.
What we provide:

Immediate specialist support from qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs)
Risk assessment and personalised safety planning
Crisis intervention
Advocacy at MARRAC
Joint visits with Lancashire Police under Op Provide
Access to safe accommodation
Support navigating legal, housing, health and justice systems
Pathways into longer‑term and specialist services

Children and Young People

Our team includes specialists who work with children and young people to ensure they receive age-appropriate, personalised support.
Support includes:

Emotional wellbeing and safety planning
One-to-one sessions in safe, familiar environments
Work alongside adult outreach to support children and families in the community

Resettlement

Women and their children moving on from safe accommodation can continue receiving support from our outreach team as they resettle in the community.
